Dr. T. C. Osanakpo (SAN)
CHAIRMAN
Dr. Theo Chike Osanakpo, SAN, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lagos , a Masters degree in Comparative Law from the Southern Methodist University, Dallas , Texas , USA and a Doctorate degree in Law in 1984 from the University of Exeter, England. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1978. He distinguished himself as a legal Practitioner and was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 1997. More>> |
Suzanne Iroche
GMD/CEO
Suzanne Iroche is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FinBank Plc. She graduated from the University of Lagos with a B Sc. Economics (Honours) and received a Masters in Management from the J. L. Kellog Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Illinois USA. She has several years cognate experience in the banking industry, which commenced with First Bank in 1981 after which she moved to International Merchant Bank, in 1982. In 1988 she joined Chartered Bank Ltd as a Manager to set up the Treasury Division from inception and was later promoted to Assistant General Manager to head the Corporate Banking Department where she handled a diversified portfolio of companies. Caroline Chidiebere Anyanwu
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RISK MANAGEMENT
Mrs. Anyanwu, a First Class Statistics graduate of the University of Ilorin, has over two decades cognate banking experience spanning Risk Management, Credit Risk Management, Banking Operations, Commercial Banking and Financial Control. She is the Executive Director, Risk Management.
A Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she started her career in Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers Nigeria (Chartered Accountants) in 1985 before joining African Continental Bank Plc in 1988. She later moved on to Oceanic Bank International Plc where she rose from the position of Assistant Manager to Assistant General Manager from 1990 – 1996. More>> |

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR NORTH
Mr. Nuru is the Executive Director, North. Until his appointment, he was the Group Head, Enterprise Management, First City Group (FCMB), overseeing Human Resources, Administration & Logistics and Branch Development.
