FinBank Rent Assistance Product is a consumer finance product designed to provide financial assistance/support for Nigerians who would like to ease off the burden of bulk rent payment with convenient repayment schedule on a monthly basis.

TARGET MARKET
This product is targeted at Confirmed Employees of reputable organizations;

• who have their salary accounts domiciled with FINBANK,
• who are willing to transfer their salary accounts to FINBANK,
• who can issue post-dated cheques for the purpose of loan repayment
• Civil Servants
• Confirmed staff of professional bodies/agencies

FEATURES

• Account holder is expected to provide 30% contribution while the bank will fund the balance of 70%.

A maximum tenor of 12 months with monthly repayment of principal and interest. Prepayment is also allowed.
